Return and exchange policy
Our return period is 30 days (after receipt of the package) during which the customer can return their package without giving a reason. If more than 30 days have passed since receipt of your package, we invite you to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Upon receipt of your package at our premises, we will refund or exchange (if applicable)
The reception time at our premises may vary depending on your city of residence in France but generally once your return request has been made and the package has been returned, you will have to wait around 5 days.
In some cases only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
*Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reason not due to error on our part.
*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
Refunds (special case)
The return and refund of an order is no longer possible if an exchange has already been made on the order in question.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to officially post.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not. This also applies to items purchased during special offers with a discount applied when added to the cart or with a promotional code. (Black Friday, Christmas Offer, Winter Sales, Summer Sales...)
Articles in the “CLEARANCE” category
Items purchased in the "CLEARANCE" category are all discounted by 25% and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges
If you need to replace yours with the same item of another size or another product of the same value, send us an email at shop@salsanueva.fr or submit it form intended for this purpose
Exchanges for Overseas Territories:
If you wish to exchange your pair, given the very high delivery costs, the costs of returning the pair to our stock manager as well as the costs of sending the new pair are your responsibility. In return, we will credit you with a voucher on our store equal to the amount of the return costs. To start the procedure, send us an email to shop@salsanueva.fr or submit it form intended for this purpose
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you returned their gift.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to our stock manager in the Paris region at the following postal address: SalsaNueva Paris, 32 rue du Capitaine Marchal, 75020 Paris
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
