Return and exchange policy
Our return period is 30 days (after receipt of the package) during which the customer can return his package without giving reason. If more than 30 days have passed Since receiving your package, we invite you to contact us in order to discuss the possibilities.
To be able to be returned, your article must be unused and in the state you received. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Upon receipt of your package in our premises, we will refund or exchange (if applicable)
The time for receipt in our premises may vary depending on your city of residence in France but generally once your return request has been made and the package returned, you will have to wait approximately 5 days.
In some cases, only partial reimbursements are granted: (if applicable)
*Any article which is not in its original state, which is damaged or to which parts are lacking for a reason not due to an error on our part.
*Any article returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to tell you that we have received the returned article. We will also tell you if your refund is approved or refused.
If it is approved, your refund is processed and your credit card or an initial payment card is automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first review your bank account.
Then contact the company issuing your credit card, because the official display of your refund may take some time.
Then contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing period.

Solid or promotion items (if applicable)
Only items at normal prices are refundable. Unfortunately, the articles sold or on promotion are not. This is also valid for items purchased during special offers with discount applied to add to the basket or with a promotional code. (Black Friday, Christmas offer, winter sales, summer sales ...)
Articles in the "Detocking" category
The items purchased in the "destocking" category are all stored by 25% and are therefore non -refundable or exchangeable.
Trade
If you must replace yours with the same article of another size or another product of the same value, send us an email to shop@salsanueva.fr or submit the form provided for this purpose
Exchanges for overseas:
If you wish to exchange your pair, given the very high delivery costs, the pairing costs of the pair with our stock manager as well as the shipping costs of the new pair are your responsibility. In return, we credit a voucher to you on our shop equal to the amount of return costs. To launch the procedure, send us an email to shop@salsanueva.fr or submit the form provided for this purpose
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and if you were sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit of a value equivalent to that of the item returned. Once the article is returned, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person causing the gift was sent to the order in order to give it later, it is to her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.
Shipping

The shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return cost of the return will be deducted.
If you send an item worth 75 €, we recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or have your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned article.
