Return and exchange policy
Our return period is 14 days (after receipt of the parcel) during which the customer may return the parcel without giving any reason. If more than 14 days have elapsed since receipt of your parcel, we invite you to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
As soon as we receive your package in our offices, we will proceed with the refund or exchange (if applicable).
The time it takes for us to receive your return may vary depending on where you live in France, but in general, once you have made your return request and sent back your package, you will need to wait approximately 5 days.
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (where applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for a reason that is not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if any)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges
If you need to replace yours with the same item of a different size or another product of the same value, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] or submit the form provided.
Échanges pour les Outre-Mers :
If you wish to exchange your pair, given the very high delivery costs, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the pair to our stock manager, as well as the cost of shipping the new pair. In return, we will credit you with a voucher equal to the amount of the return shipping costs. To initiate the procedure, send us an e-mail to [email protected] or submit the form provided
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them, and they will know that you have returned their gift.
Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
