There are no customs fees for shipments to France and the European Union.
For other countries, customs fees and taxes may apply, but are beyond our control.
Our shoes are handcrafted from the moment you place your order with your customizations (heel height, sole type), so it will take between 1 and 3 weeks for delivery.

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, we'll send you an e-mail with tracking details. This will enable you to find out the status of your order and, if necessary, give further instructions to the delivery service.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be dispatched the same day. You will then receive an e-mail with a tracking number to follow the parcel.

Absolutely! Our Latin dance shoes are designed to offer comfort and support for all levels of dancers, including beginners. We offer different types of ankle support and heel heights to suit everyone's needs and ease the transition to dancing in heels.
We understand the importance of comfort for dancers. That's why our dance shoes feature specially designed dance soles and quality materials that ensure a comfortable experience even after hours of dancing. What's more, we're constantly working to improve the ergonomics of our shoes to maximize your comfort on the dance floor.
Orders and payments
You can pay with Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Apple Pay, Amex and Klarna.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order once it has been placed, as we process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
If the item is not to your liking, please return it to us using our returns/exchanges form for an exchange or refund.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order.
This e-mail contains the order number (5 digits), the order summary and the delivery address.
Feedback and discussion
Return period
We apply a return period of 30 days during which the customer may return the parcel without giving any reason. These 13 days start from the date of receipt of the parcel. Please note that the package must be returned within 30 days.
Return conditions
All items must be returned to us in unworn and unwashed condition, fit for resale, with tags still attached.
For items purchased on sale or promotion, SalsaNueva Shop does not offer the possibility of a refund. These items can only be exchanged for another item in the collection or exchanged for store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are at your expense and depend on the carrier and the country from which you are returning your package.
Exchanging or returning an order is easy.
Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an e-mail to [email protected] indicating that you would like to exchange one or more products. We will immediately send you the return instructions :)
Ask our customer service department about the possibilities. We will let you know when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
Your order number can be found in the confirmation e-mail you received after placing your order. It is a 4 or 5 digit code. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service team will be happy to help you.
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We will be happy to resolve this problem with you. Please send a message to [email protected] with a photo of the faulty product. Our customer service team will help you find a solution as quickly as possible.
We apply a return period of 30 days during which the customer may return the parcel without giving any reason. This 30-day period begins on the date of receipt of the package. Please note that the parcel must be returned to us within 30 days. In the unlikely event that this does not work, we offer you the possibility of exchanging the product for a replacement or a credit note. Please contact our customer service department for details.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. On the tracking form you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package arrived at our warehouse. The 10-business-day period then begins to run. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a message to this effect. Please note that it may take up to 3 days before the refund is visible in your bank account.
Other questions
No, promotional codes are not cumulative. However, they can be combined with current promotions. Simply enter the code when placing your order to check.
You can only use one promotional code per order.
