Shipping and delivery

There is no customs fees to be expected for shipments to France and the whole European Union.
For other countries, customs fees and taxes may be requested but remain independent of our will.

Our shoes are handcrafted from your order with your customizations (heel height, sole type), so will take between 1 to 3 weeks so that you are delivered.

As soon as your package is shipped, we send you an email containing a follow-up. You will be able to know the condition of your order and, if necessary, give additional instructions to the delivery service.

If you want to change the content of your order following a change of opinion or an error, contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to shop@salsanueva.fr.

Indicate your order number and the desired changes. We will inform you quickly if we can make the changes or if it is unfortunately too late.

Don't panic! Contact us as soon as possible by email at the address shop@salsanueva.fr. If your package has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to update your information. Please simply provide us with your corrected address as well as your order number.

Haven't received your order? We are sorry!

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. The same day, your order will be sent. You will then receive an email containing a tracking number to follow the package.

Absolutely ! Our Latin dance shoes are designed to provide comfort and support that suit all levels of dancers, including beginners. We offer different types of ankle support and height height to meet everyone's needs and facilitate the transition to dance in heels.

We understand the importance of comfort for dancers. This is why our dance shoes are equipped with soles specially designed for dance and quality materials that provide comfortable experience even after hours of dance. In addition, we are continuously working to improve the ergonomics of our shoes to maximize your comfort on the track.

Orders and payments

You can pay with Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Apple Pay, Amex and Klarna.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order once it has been placed, because we treat and ship your order as quickly as possible.

If the article does not suit you, please send it back to us by filling out our Return/exchanges form so that you can exchange it or reimburse you.

You will receive an E-mail order confirmation immediately after placing your order.

This email contains the order number (composed of 5 digits), the summary of the order and the delivery address.

Returns and exchanges

Return period

We apply a return period of 30 days during which the customer can return his package without giving reason. These 13th days begin on the date of receipt of the package. Please note that the package must be returned to us within 30 days.

Return conditions

All articles must be returned to us in an undefined and not washed state, specific to resale, with the labels still attached to the article.

For items purchased on sale or promotion, Salsanueva Shop does not offer the possibility of a refund. These articles can only be exchanged for another article in the collection or be exchanged for store credit.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

The return costs are your responsibility and depend on the carrier and the country from which you return your package.

The exchange or return of an order is very simple.

Send within 30 days of receipt of your order an email to shop@salsanueva.fr in which you indicate that you want to exchange one or more products. We will immediately send you the return instructions :)

Ask our customer service what are the possibilities. We will inform you of the date on which we think we can deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is exhausted, we will contact you and look with you a solution.

Your order number is in the confirmation email that you received after placing your order. It is a 4 or 5 digit code. If you have not received this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We will be happy to solve this problem with you. Please send a message to shop@salsanueva.fr with a photo of the defective product. Our customer service will help you find a solution as quickly as possible.

We apply a return period of 30 days during which the customer can return his package without giving reason. These 30 days begin on the date of receipt of the package. In the unlikely case where it would not work, we offer you the possibility of exchanging the product for a replacement product or a credit. Please contact our customer service to find out the possibilities.

We do our best to treat feedback as quickly as possible. After receiving your return to our warehouse, we treat it within 10 working days. On the follow -up you receive with your return sending, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. The period of 10 working days then begins to run. Once the refund has been made, you will receive a message on this subject. Please note that it can flow up to 3 days before the refund is visible to your bank account.

Other questions

No, promotional codes cannot be combined. However, they can be cumulative with the current promotions, you just need to enter it when placing the order to check it.
You can only use one promo code per order.
