1/3 Measure the length
Place your foot flat on a sheet.
Mark the end of your longest toe and the back of the heel.
Measure the distance between the two marks.
If the measurement of the other foot differs, use the larger one to find your ideal size in the table below.
2/3 Measure the width
Take a measuring tape or an alternative.
While standing, place your foot flat.
Measure the widest part of the foot (l), then the circumference.
Refer to the table below to find your size according to the length (L) and morphology of your foot (width l: thin, normal or wide).
3/3 Find your size
If the length or width differs between left and right foot, use the larger measurement for the size chart.

For example, I measure the length of my feet (L) and I get 24.5 cm for the left foot and 24.7 cm for the right foot. Checking the size chart, I see that these measurements correspond to a size 39. Then I take the measurement of the width of my feet (l) and I find 21.5 cm for the left foot and 21.6 cm for the right foot. By consulting the width table for a size 39 (23.5 cm) (L), I see that my feet have a narrow width (l) (less than 22.5 cm). I can therefore choose to undercut and opt for a size 38.
