Your parcel is delivered! If you are absent, your parcel can be left in your letterbox if the dimensions allow, otherwise it will be dropped off at a post office.

We receive your order

Your order will be processed within a few hours, so that production can begin quickly.

Custom manufacturing and quality control

Your SalsaNueva shoes are custom-made according to your preferences: heel height, sole type and color. Production takes between 7 and 10 days.

Once manufactured, each pair undergoes rigorous quality control. Our specialists put all their know-how to work to offer you unique shoes, perfectly adapted to your expectations. Before shipping, our experts check every detail to ensure that your pair meets SalsaNueva's high quality standards, guaranteeing you a product that is both beautiful, comfortable and durable.

We ship your order

Your parcel is on its way! A shipment confirmation email, including your tracking number, has been sent to you. Click here to track your package.

Delivery times :

  • 5 to 7 working days: France and Europe
  • 15 to 30 working days: America, Asia
  • 30 to 45 working days: DOM-TOM, specific territories
