1/3 Measure the length
Place your foot flat on a sheet.
Mark the end of your longest toe and the back of the heel.
Measure the distance between the two brands.
If the measurement of the other foot differs, use the largest to find your ideal size in the table below.
2/3 Measure the width
Take a tape or an alternative meter.
In a standing position, place your foot flat.
Measure the widest part of the foot (L), then the circumference.
Refer to the table below to find your size according to the length (L) and the morphology of your foot (width L: end, normal or wide).
3/3 Find your size
If the length or width differs between the left and right foot, use the largest measure for the sizes.

By consulting the width table for a size 39 (23.5 cm) (L), I see that my feet have a fine width (L) (less than 22.5 cm). I can therefore choose to underline and opt for a Size 38.
