To measure your bust measurement, place the tape measure under your armpits, at the strongest point, and walk around.
Waist circumference
Place the tape measure in the hollow of your waist, below your ribs and above your hips.
Hip circumference
Place the tape measure at the strongest point of your hips.
Sizes may vary by 2 to 3 centimetres as they are measured by hand.
