1/3 Measure length
Place your foot flat on a sheet of paper.
Mark the end of your longest toe and the back of your heel.
Measure the distance between the two marks.
If the measurement of the other foot differs, use the largest to find your ideal size in the table below.
2/3 Measure width
Take a tape measure or an alternative.
From a standing position, place your foot flat.
Measure the widest part of the foot (l), then the circumference.
Refer to the table below to find your size according to length (L) and foot morphology (width l: thin, normal or wide).
3/3 Find your size
If the length or width differs between the left and right foot, use the larger measurement for the size chart.

For example, I measure the length of my feet (L) and get 24.5 cm for the left foot and 24.7 cm for the right. Checking the size chart, I see that these measurements correspond to a size 39. Next, I measure the width of my feet (l) and find 21.5 cm for the left foot and 21.6 cm for the right. By consulting the width chart for a size 39 (23.5 cm) (L), I see that my feet have a narrow width (l) (less than 22.5 cm). I can therefore choose to undersize and opt for a size 38.
